No Return Policy

At Pete's Jamaican Restaurant, we take great pride in preparing every meal with authentic flavors and the highest quality ingredients. Due to the nature of our food service, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and fulfilled.

Exceptions Will Not Be Made For:
Returns or refunds will not be provided for personal taste preferences, incorrect orders placed by the customer, change of mind after the order is prepared, leftovers or uneaten portions, or issues related to third-party delivery services. For delivery-related concerns, please contact the delivery provider directly.

If your order contains an error due to a mistake on our part — such as an incorrect or missing item — please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your food. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly and fairly at management’s discretion.
