Delivery Policy

Pete’s Jamaican Restaurant is proud to deliver bold, authentic Jamaican flavors straight to your door. We partner with trusted platforms — FaastHub, Uber Eats, and DoorDash — to ensure your order reaches you quickly and reliably.

Delivery Partners
Deliveries are fulfilled through our official partners. While FaastHub is our preferred provider for fast, local service, your order may also be handled by Uber Eats or DoorDash based on your location, availability, or current demand.

Delivery Hours
Deliveries are available during our regular business hours:
Tuesday – Saturday: 11 AM – 8 PM
Sunday & Monday: Closed

Delivery Zones
Our delivery area is determined by each partner’s platform and service radius. Coverage and availability may vary depending on your address. For the most direct and timely service, we recommend choosing FaastHub, which offers real-time, restaurant-to-customer delivery.

Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are set by our partner platforms and may vary based on distance, time of day, or surge pricing. Pete’s Jamaican Restaurant does not control or modify these charges.

Order Responsibility
Once an order is picked up by a delivery partner, the responsibility for its handling, delivery time, and condition lies with that provider. For any issues like delays, missing items, or damage, please contact the appropriate delivery service’s customer support.

For concerns related to food preparation or quality, please reach out to us directly within 30 minutes of delivery so we can address the matter promptly.

All Sales Are Final
All delivery orders are considered final. Please refer to our No Return Policy for full details.
