Welcome to Pete’s Jamaican Restaurant. By placing an order through our restaurant (in-person, by phone, via website, or through third-party delivery apps), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Orders
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing orders. Pete’s Jamaican Restaurant is not liable for errors caused by incorrect customer input.

Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. Taxes and any applicable service or delivery fees will be added to the final bill.

No Return / No Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of food, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds. If a mistake is made on our end, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order, and we will assess the situation at management’s discretion.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Our food is prepared in a kitchen that uses common allergens including nuts, dairy, seafood, and gluten. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Third-Party Delivery Services
Pete’s Jamaican Restaurant is not responsible for delivery delays, damages, or errors caused by third-party delivery platforms (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub). For delivery-related issues, please contact the respective platform directly.

Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, menu items, and content are the property of Pete’s Jamaican Restaurant and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
Pete’s Jamaican Restaurant is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the consumption of our food or use of our services.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or available in-store.
